In an attempt to fund economic growth for years to come, global leaders design a faux beauty/health supplement with the intention of altering the genetic makeup of the world's female youth. Controlling the birthing capabilities of these women, they seek to create a future generation of men to participate in an arranged global war. But unbeknownst to those in power, they unwittingly bring about the next stage of human evolution, and in so doing, their own downfall.
